[Announce] Proposed tree works notice

Hello, and Happy New Year.

The City Council has issued a notice and public consultation covering 
proposed tree works on local nature reserves and other wildlife 
sites. The aim is to enhance biodiversity.

The consultation ends midday on the 31st January.
