[Announce] Two consultations - Parkers Piece and Mitcham's Corner

Two things to bring to your attention; firstly you may have read about or seen the trial lighting bollards across Parker's Piece.  The Council has an online consultation which is open until 4 March which you may like to look at :

Secondly, and more urgently as the time period is much shorter, you may wish to look at the proposed planning application for the Staples site at Mitcham's Corner.  There is a newly formed association, the Friends of Mitcham's Corner (www.friendsofmitchamscorner.org.uk/Staples.html) who have drawn our attention to the application.  To view the application on line - visit www.cambridge.gov.uk/planningpublicaccess and enter 13/0036/FUL in the search field.  The Friends are holding a meeting upstairs at The Boat House tomorrow, Thursday 7th February at 5.30pm.
