[Announce] Parker's Piece presentation this Thursday

A quick reminder that tomorrow (Thursday) there is an opportunity to 
view the presentation regarding possible use of an area of Parker's 
Piece by building contractors working on the refurbishment of the 
University Arms Hotel in Regent Street.
