I think that¹s a bit unfair. The Lib Dems do run Cambridge so are
responsible for the policies. I think the reluctance to enforce stems from
an idea that is essentially political in its inception. Cleaning up after
people or hammering those who abuse the place, they are political
decisions aren¹t they?
