[Discuss] Testing the mailing list

This list is intended for SOS discussions, it is available to anyone 
who is subscribed.

Presently only the committee is subscribed, but it is intended to add 
as many new members as possible on Friday (with their permission).

Anyone who subscribes to the list (by contacting myself or by being 
added at the Green Networking Forum) is then a member of the list.

They will then receive messages posted by other members of the list (only).
This discourages spam email.  Misbehaving members can be booted off 
if required!
