[Announce] Another planning disaster for trees in Long Road

Sent in a quick comment to CEN, mostly saying that why was this done when the 
planning permission was only outline, plus some more about need for protection 
of trees.

I for one must have missed out on the 'extensive public consultation' over the 
potential loss of 686 trees.
