[Discuss] a very sad day for a very lovely old tree

Thank you for this gloomy view.

I was in Norwich today. It's only 1hour and a bit through Ely and there trees abound and the avenues and roads are thronged with men doing tree work on them. It is lovely there, the market is great and the churches fabulous and there is a wonderful cinema with all the films on here but in a wonderful even magical setting , in a medieval church with a heavenly cafe attched wonderfully dark and candle lit Also Norwich is dark. They are not trying to flood it with dreadful lighting as here.

It costs £13 RETURN to get there, well worth seeing how other communities go on

Yours

Anne
