 Dear John,

Is that the stuff they have in London? It's fabulous there, a golden colour, but beware, when I asked the County Council why they were putting horrible black bitumen around the trees outside the Arundel House Hotel , the ( very nice) Chief Engineer said that it was cheaper and " this isn't London you know" . Mind you after that call, they stopped the bitumen job and just lett the slightly raised paving stones as they were, really not much of an encumbrance.

For the look of the thing, it's vital to have the London Golden, technically the term.

as ever,

Anne

They plan to install something called Silva-Cell to do a better job second time around.

Enough said.
